Verify a CellForge report

The report ID is the key

Every CellForge Battery Integrity Report carries a unique report ID, printed at the top of the report and built into its web address. It looks like this:

CF-2026-1105-2043
cellforge.app/r/CF-2026-1105-2043/

To verify a report you were shown, three checks:

  1. Open it from cellforge.app itself. Scan the QR code on the car or in the ad, or type the address. A screenshot, a photo of a report, or a file someone sent you is not the report; the live page at cellforge.app is.
  2. Match the ID, the VIN and the date. The report ID at the top of the page, the car's VIN, the vehicle description and the test date must all match the car in front of you.
  3. If anything does not match, the report does not belong to that car. Report IDs are never reused, and a report is only ever issued for the car that was tested.
That does not look like a CellForge report ID. IDs look like CF-2026-1105-2043.

CellForge reports are unlisted on purpose: they do not appear in search engines and there is no public directory of reports. The QR code, the link, or the ID is the only way in, so a report reaches exactly the people the car's seller shares it with.
